Give it an honest try - the 3-Day Method takes three days, and dogs need a minute to claim a new spot. If it's still not right within 30 days, send it back for a refund. And past that window, if it ever stops cooling or wears out, that's the Pet Den Promise: we replace it. No games, no restocking runaround.

30-Day Returns

Return any Coolden within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items should be clean and in reusable condition. Email us and we'll send a return label.
