Orders
By placing an order you agree to provide accurate information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total. Prices and availability may change.
Returns & guarantee
30-day returns apply as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. The Pet Den Promise covers loss of cooling or wear beyond the return window via replacement.
Limitation
Products are provided for ordinary pet use. The Pet Den is not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the value of the product purchased.
